His name is Ivan and he is friendly, knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in 10 minutes. I spoke with Linda to schedule the appointment and she was so very nice and explained her customer service philosophy and the fact that all the plumbers that work for Atlanta Plumbing Plus are full-time employees and not contractors and they are all trained in customer service.
