When you need a plumber, the last thing you want is to have to talk to a machine. When you call Atlanta Plumbing Plus, you speak to a live caring human being — not an answering service. You reach a professional in our office who quickly contacts one of our plumbers to get help for you.
2. The right to a scheduled appointment at a time convenient to you
The days of Ozzie and Harriet — when people could sit at home all day and wait for a technician to show up — are over. We do our best to make appointments that fit your busy schedule.
3. The right to a phone call when our plumber is on the way to you
Our plumbers know your time is valuable. When our plumbers leave a job, they always call their next customer to say they are on their way.
4. The right to feel confident that we will take care of all of your plumbing needs
There’s nothing like preventive maintenance to keep things working properly. To help with that, you have the right to purchase an Atlanta Plumbing Plus Service Agreement. This includes a free annual plumbing inspection and a 10% discount on any needed repairs.
5. The right to guaranteed performance
When we fix or install something, it’s guaranteed to work as promised. No ifs, ands, or buts.
6. The right to a fair price
We give you the final price before we start the work — so there are no negative surprises.
7. The right to be safe and secure in your own home
We do thorough background checks and drug tests before we hire each plumber. And, we continue drug-testing once they are hired. Then, we make it our business to get to know our plumbers like we know the members of our own family; so we can be confident of how they will treat you and your family.
8. The right to service from a qualified professional
Atlanta Plumbing Plus hires only licensed professional plumbers. Each is a fulltime Atlanta Plumbing Plus employee. No subcontractors for us — or for your plumbing needs.
9. The right to courteous service
Our plumbers treat you and your home with respect. Our plumbers never walk across your carpet without wearing shoe covers. They don’t ask to use your phone. They never lay their tools down without laying down a mat to protect your floors, furniture and countertops, and they always clean up their work area when they’re done.
10. The right to make a noise
If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. You won’t have to ask us more than once. But, if you enjoy venting about the problem, we’ll stand by you while you do. We know that it sometimes makes a customer feel better.
