Linda has an MBA and 15 years of management experience in large corporations, including customer service planning and implementation for one of the South’s largest telecommunications companies.
Linda knows that most often it is a woman who calls the plumber to the home, and she knows what women want in a plumber: Someone courteous and polite, who won’t mess up her home, or talk down to her, but who will take the time to explain what he is doing and why. Aside from plumbing skills, Linda’s main criterion for hiring a plumber is “Would I want this plumber in my mother’s house?” She spends hours coaching her plumbers on “the non-plumbing” aspects of their jobs, and it shows. Linda was able to persuade Rob to leave a successful career as an Electrical Engineer in order to bring his great management skills to Atlanta Plumbing Plus. Rob oversees the activities of the plumbers, evaluates new plumbing products and technologies for the company, and is responsible for quality control. Under Rob’s guidance, Atlanta Plumbing Plus has adopted many “Green Plumbing” technologies to help our customers save energy, water, and money. He has also organized inventory control so that our plumbers can bring the right parts to your home cost-effectively and we can pass those savings on to you. Rob also pitches in on scheduling and dispatch sometimes so don’t be surprised to find him answering your phone calls.
