• I had replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with hardwood. When I went to put in the new toilet, it would not rest on the floor. It was then I realized the new floor was about one inch lower than the previous tile floor. I needed the drain pipe shortened about one inch and wasn’t knowledgeable enough to fix the problem. I didn’t want the chance of any leakage since I now had hardwood flooring in the bathroom. The company gave me a 2 hour window time for the call. First time in many years, that a company would show up at the beginning of the 2 hour window time, great start. I showed him the problem and he came up with the solution and we agreed on the cost, looking good. He went straight to work, even wearing shoe covers to protect my floor, and finished with a few hours. The toilet looks great (well as great as a toilet can look). Great experience.

• We contacted Atlanta Plumbing Plus in late morning. They promised us that a plumber would be available after 2:30 that afternoon, and would call before traveling to our home. They estimated the cost to install a new heater would be $860, but that it might go up if building codes required an upgraded infrastructure. The plumber did call at 2:30 p.m., and told us he would be arriving by 3:15 p.m. After examining our current heater, he told us a new unit would be required, and itemized the cost for the total job. We agreed to the cost. He worked until 9:30 that evening, with no breaks other than dinner, and did a professional installation, with a complete cleanup. ……….We were very pleased with the results.

• We had a leak coming through the ceiling in the family room downstairs. We used Atlanta Plumbing Plus. They were on Angie’s List, so we chose them. Their price was very reasonable. The plumber that we got had a lot of feedback on him on Angie’s List, and he was really wonderful. He called before he came, and he came in early. The plumber found 2 leaks coming from the bathroom and the master bedroom. He got those fixed for us.We have recommended them to someone, and we will use them in the future again.
